Do you have parking onsite?
Yes — ample free parking is available in the Beckton Retail Park car park, with high visibility and easy access via the A13 and DLR.
Are there changing rooms and showers?
Yes, we offer premium changing rooms with spacious lockers, modern showers, and comfortable amenities, including complimentary towels and basic toiletries.
Is there a pro shop for equipment?
Yes — our pro shop stocks the latest padel rackets, balls, apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories from top brands (e.g., Bullpadel, Head, Wilson, Babolat). We also have courtside vending machines for instant racket/ball hire and small essentials.
What are the club opening hours?
Our facilities are open 7 days a week, typically 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (exact hours may vary by day; check the app or website for live updates). Courts and vending are accessible during these times.
Do you host club tournaments or events?
Yes — we run regular internal leagues, ladders, social nights, open tournaments, and corporate events. Check the app calendar or contact events@primopadelclub.co.uk for upcoming dates.
Bookings & Play
How do I book a court?
All bookings are made through our app or our website. Download the Primo Padel app, sign up, search for Primo Padel Club Beckton, and select your slot.
Do I need to be a member to play?
No — we offer a full pay-and-play option for non-members. Members get priority booking windows, discounted rates, and exclusive access to leagues/events.
How far in advance can I book courts?
Members: Up to 7–14 days in advance (priority access). Non-members: Up to 7 days (or same-day if available). Contact us for longer advance group/corporate bookings.
Can I book a court on my own or join an open game?
Yes — create an ‘open match’ in the app for others to join, or join existing open games. Ideal for singles or finding partners.
What is the cancellation policy for court bookings?
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours (no-shows charged full fee). Wellness/recovery bookings follow the same 24-hour rule.
Do you offer leagues or competitions?
Yes — internal social leagues, ladders, member challenges, open tournaments, junior/family events, and pathways to LTA/national comps. Join via the app or email events@primopadelclub.co.uk.

Do you offer coaching?
Yes — expert certified coaches provide private lessons, group clinics, beginner intros, intermediate/advanced sessions, junior programs, and padel-specific training.
How do I book coaching?
Book via the app or book through our website.
Do you have beginner/intro lessons?
Yes — LaunchPad 1-hour group sessions teach basics (rules, grips, shots, positioning). Private beginner lessons also available.
Do you offer junior coaching?
Yes — fun, safe sessions for ages 4–14, plus family coaching. Email for availability and booking.
Membership
What membership options are available?
Monthly or annual plans with discounts on courts, gym/recovery access, coaching, pro shop, and priority booking. See Membership page for full details.
Can I put membership on hold or cancel easily?
No formal hold; monthly flexibility with one full calendar month’s notice to cancel (written via app/email). Annual plans may have early exit terms — see T&Cs.
Are all facilities included in membership?
Core access (courts, gym, recovery suite, Reform Studio) is discounted/free for members; some premium add-ons (e.g., private physio, advanced recovery sessions) have extra fees with member discounts.
Do members get discounts on guests or rentals?
Yes — bring guests at discounted court rates; priority over non-member bookings.
Facilities & Wellness
What wellness facilities do you have?
Reform & Wellness Studio (Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Hot Yoga). Functional gym (padel-specific training zones). Elite recovery suite (cryo chamber, ice baths, sauna, zones). Private physio/treatment rooms.
Is there equipment rental?
Yes — via state-of-the-art courtside vending machines: racket hire (£5–£10/session), fresh ball tubes, overgrips, etc. Return after play.
What is the dress code?
Comfortable sportswear and non-marking trainers required on courts/gym/studio. Padel-specific shoes recommended for grip and support.
Are towels provided?
Yes — complimentary towels in changing rooms, recovery suite, and wellness areas.
Any age restrictions?
Members must be 16+ (under 18s need guardian supervision/consent). Juniors (4–14) welcome for coaching/events with adult accompaniment.
Do you allow photography/filming?
Personal use OK in public areas (with consent from others). No commercial filming without permission. Restrictions in changing rooms/recovery zones.
